Dean Stanton

Dean Stanton  CRO | Chief Relationship Officer

Dean brings a vast amount of knowledge of the IT outsourcing industry to the Talint Solutions team, along with exceptional interpersonal skills. The combination of these two personal traits have, and will continue to enable him to produce extraordinary results for our customers. 


In his previous role at TELUS, Dean served as Director of Information Services for the corporation’s managed IT infrastructure outsourcing business. In this role, he was responsible for the leadership of enterprise operational teams as well as the development and maintenance of strategic executive and senior-level management relationships among various IT enterprise customers. Prior to his roles in TELUS operations, he served as a Senior Product Manager with a mandate of evolving TELUS’ IT outsourcing services portfolio for the small- and medium-sized business sector.

He has led teams, built hiring strategies, and conducted international searches for top candidates, with a strong focus on improving the bottom line.
